CHICKPEA RICE


1. Basmati Rice -- 1Cup
2. Cinnamon Stick ( 1 inch) -- 1
3. Bay Leaves -- 2
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
5. Cloves -- 4
6. Goda Masala -- 2Tbsp
7. Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
8. Green Chilli -- 6
9. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
10. Onions -- 1Cup
11. Potato (Peeled And Cubed) -- 1/2Cup
12. Bell Peppers -- 1/2Cup
13. Chickpeas (Soaked for 4hours) -- 1/2Cup
14. Oil -- 3Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Cumin Seeds and fry them for 2min.
 
2. Then add Chopped Onions and Green Chilli. Fry them till the Onions become transparent.

3. Now add Potatoes and Bell Peppers to the Pan and cook for 2min.
 
 
4. Then add the Soaked Chickpeas to the pan.
 
5. Now add Turmeric Powder, Salt, Goda Masala, Red Chilli Powder and mix it well.
6. Then transfer everything to the Electric Cooker vessel along with Basmati Rice and add required amount of water. Let it cook.
7. Finally Tasty Chickpea Rice is Ready To Serve.
