1. Bread Slices -- 4
2. Spinach -- 1Cup
3. Potato(Small) -- 2
4. Green Chilli -- 4-5
5. Coriander Leaves
6. Onions(Finely Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
7. Garam Masala -- 2tbsp
8. Coriander Powder -- 2tbsp
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Gram Flour(Besan) -- 1/4Cup
11. Red Chilli Powder(Optional) -- To Taste
12. Oil -- For Deep Fry

Method To Prepare:
1. First Boil the Potatoes and mash them
2. Then heat oil in a pan and add Green Chilli and Chopped Onions. Fry till the Onions turn transparent.

2. Then add Spinach Leaves to the Pan.

3. Now add the mashed potato paste to the pan.

4. Then add Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Salt and Red Chilli Powder(if you want more spicy).

5. Mix it well and transfer this masala to a bowl.

6. Now Cut the sides of the Bread Slices and make a thick batter of Gram Flour(As you make it for Mirchi Bajji).

7. Then heat oil in a pan. 
8. To Make Bread Bonda, first dip the Bread Slice in Water to make it wet, then fill the Masala Stuffing which we made earlier and close it. Then dip it in the Gram Flour Batter and deep fry till it turns into slight brown color.

9. Once they are ready tranfer the bondas to a plate containing a paper towel, so that the excess oil will the absorbed by the paper towel.
10. Finally the Tasty Bread Bonda is Ready to Serve. 
Serve them Hot with Tomato Ketchup.
