A healthy Adai (ada dosa) is a classic South Indian recipe. It is a crispy crepe made with a combination of lentils and rice. It is a Protien and Iron Rich Recipe. This is a Famous Kerala Dish.
Learn to make this with easy step by step ...

1. Channa Daal, Toor Daal, Urad Daal (All Together) -- 1/2Cup
2. Rice/Rice Flour-- 1Cup
3. Red Chilli -- 10 no.s
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Grated Coconut -- 4tbsp
6. Butter
7. Onions(Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
8. Turmeric Powder -- 1 Pinch
9. Oil -- 2tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First Soak Channa Daal, Toor Daal and Urad Daal together for atleast 5-6hours.
2. Also Soak Rice for 5-6hours.
Note : Here You can even use Rice Flour instead of Rice. I have used rice flour.
3. Then grind all the three daals along with Red Chilli into a fine paste.
4. Now take this paste into a bowl and add Rice Flour, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Chopped Onions, Grated Coconut to it. Mix it well by adding required amount of water and leave if for just 5-10min.

5. Now Pre-Heat Tawa and pour a laddle full of Batter and add oil to roast it. Once it is roasted on one side turn it to other side also and roast it for 2min.

6. Repeat the process for remaining batter.
7. Serve the Adai by spreading a Tbsp of Butter on it when it is Hot. You can Serve this Adai with Tomato Ketchup or the plain Adai, as it already contains chilli in it.
