ALOO-GOBI PULAO

Ingredients:
1. Basmati Rice -- 1Cup
2. Green Peas -- 1/2Cup
3. Califlower Florets -- 2Cups
4. Garlic Cloves -- 2
5. Cumin Powder -- 1Tbsp
6. Cashews -- 1/4Cup
7. 1 inch Cinnamon Sticks -- 2
8. Bay Leaves -- 3
9.  Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
10. Chopped Fresh Cilantro -- 1/4Cup
11. Ghee -- 4Tbsp
12. Salt -- To Taste
13. Small Potatoes -- 3
14.  Green Chilli -- 5
15. Dry Ginger Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
16. Pulao Masala -- 2Tbsp
17. Coriander Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
18. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/4Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Cinnamon Sticks, Bay Leaves, Chopped Garlic.

2. Then add Green Chilli, Green Peas and Potato.

3. Fry them for 5min and add Califlower florets.

4. Now add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Pulao Masala, Turmeric Powder, Dry Ginger Powder and Salt. Add 1/2Cup of Water and mix them all together.

5. Then transfer everything to the Electric Cooker bowl along with Basmati Rice. Add required amount of Water and let it cook.
6. Finally Tasty Aloo-Gobi Pulao is Ready to Serve.

Serve it hot with any Raitha of your Choice.
