1. Tomato -- 1
2. Carrot -- 1
3. Mini Bell Peppers -- 4
4. Spinach Leaves -- Handfull
5. Corn Kernels -- 1/2Cup
6. Black Beans -- 1/2Cup
7. Paprika -- 1Tbsp
8. Cumin Powder -- 1Tbsp
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Tomato Sauce -- 1/4Cup
11. Vegetable Stock -- 1Cup
Method To Prepare:
1. First cut Tomato, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Spinach Leaves and add them to a thick Sauce Pan.
2. Then add Corn Kernels, Black Beans, Salt and Vegetable Stock.
3. Also add 1Cup of Water and close it with lid.
4. Let it cook till all the Vegetables become soft.
5. When Once the Vegetables become soft remove it from the flame and let it cool down.
6. Then add everything to a blender and blend it smoothly.
7. Now again transfer it to the Sauce Pan and add Paprika, Cumin Powder, Tomato Sauce and cook for 10-15min.
8. Finally Tasty And Healthy Vegetable Soup is Ready to Serve.
