Ingredients:
1. Mini Bell Peppers -- 15
2. Roasted Bengal Gram -- 2Tbsp
3. Peanuts -- 2Tbsp
4. Sesame Seeds -- 2Tbsp
5. Dry Coconut Flakes -- 2Tbsp
6. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
7. Coriander Seeds -- 1Tbsp
8. Tamarind Extract -- 1/4Cup
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Fenugreek Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
11. Garlic Cloves -- 2
12. Red Chilli -- 10
13. Oil -- 4Tbsp.

Method To Prepare:
1. First dry roast Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Roasted Bengal Gram, Dry Coconut Flakes Separately one after another and add them all to a bowl.
2. Then roast Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Red Chilli, Black Peppercorns and Garlic Cloves together and mix them with the previously roasted items.
3. When everything is cooled, add them to a blender and make a Masala Powder and keep it aside.

4. Now heat Oil in a kadai and add chopped bell peppers to it.
5. Add Salt and Tamarind Extract to it and let it cook on medium flame by closing it with a lid.
6. When the bell peppers become soft, add the masala powder which we prepared earlier and mix well.
7. Mix everything well and let it cook for 5-10min by adding 1/4Cup of water on low flame.
8. Finally Tasty Bell Pepper Curry is Ready To Serve.
Enjoy this curry as a side dish for either Chapati (Flat Bread) / Vegetable Biriyani.
