Ingredients:
1. All Purpose Flour(Maida) -- 1/2Cup
2. Sooji -- 2tbsp
3. Sour Curd/Buttermilk -- 1/2Cup
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Soda -- 1/4tbsp
6. Green Chill -- 5-6
7. Ginger(Finely Chopped) -- 2tbsp
8. Oil -- For Deep Frying

Method To Prepare:
1. First add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well by adding sufficient curd/buttermilk.
2. Now leave that dough for atleast 1hour for fermentation so that you will get soft bondas.
3. Then heat oil in a pan. Make small dumplings of the dough with hand and drop it in the oil.
4. Fry them till they turn slight brown color.
