Ingredients:
1. Tortillas -- 2
2. Spinach -- 1/2Cup
3. Brussel Sprouts -- 1/4Cup
4. Soya Chunks -- 1/4Cup
5. Onions (Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
6. Sun Dried Tomatoes -- 1/4Cup
7. Green Chilli -- 3 or 4
8. Ginger
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Chaat Masala -- 1tbsp
11. Black Pepper Powder -- 1/2tbsp
12. Oil -- 2tbsp

11. Black Pepper Powder -- 1/2tbsp
12. Oil -- 2tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. Heat Oil in a pan and add Chopped Ginger, Green Chilli, and Chopped Onions. Fry it till the onions turn transparent.
2. Then add spinach and sun-dried tomatos and cook it for 5-10 Mins.
3. Then add brussel sprouts and cook it untill they become soft.
4. Now add Soya Chunks, Salt and Black Pepper Powder. Mix it well.
5. Now the stuffing for our Tortilla Rolls is Ready.
6. Then Take a Tortilla and apply Mint Chuntney (This is Optional) and Sprinkle Chaat Masala. Now put the Stuffing in the Tortilla and Roll it.
7. Finally Yummy "Soya Tortilla Rolls" are Ready to Serve.
