BEETROOT CURRY


Beetroot is a Rich source of Nutrients including Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium and Vitamin C.
Beetroot Juice has been shown Lover Blood Pressure and thus help in preventing Cardiac Problems. A Research which is published in American Health Association Journal says that drinking 500ML of Beetroot Juice  leads to the reduction of Blood Pressure within One Hour.

Ingredients
1.Beetroot (Cut into Small Pieces) -- 1Cup
2. Oil -- 3 or 4 tbsp
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Urad Dal -- 1tbsp
5. Channa Dal -- 1tbsp
6. Green Chilli -- 3 or 4
7. Red Chilli -- 2 or 3




Method To Prepare

1. First heat oil in a pan and and add Channa Dal, Urad Dal, Green Chilli, Red chilli and fry them till the dal turns to slight brown color.


2. Then add the 1/2tbsp salt and chopped beetroot pieces to the pan. Cook it by closing with a lid till the beetroot becomes soft.

 3. Finally when Beetroot becomes soft you can transfer the curry to a serving bowl. 
The Tasty and Healthy Beetroot Curry is Ready to Eat.


Serve it Hot with Plain Rice............
