Ingredients:
1. Cooked Rice -- 1Cup
2. Green Chilli -- 6
3. Red Chilli -- 6
4. Channa Dal -- 1Tbsp
5. Urad Dal -- 1Tbsp
6. Mustard Seeds -- 1Tbsp
7. Grated Raw Mango -- 1Cup
8. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tbsp
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Peanuts -- 1/2Cup
11. Curry Leaves -- 6
12. Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
13. Oil -- 4Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Pan and add Channa Dal, Urad Dal, Mustard Seeds, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Peanuts and Asafoetida and fry them till Urad Dal and Channa Dal changes it color.
2. Then take the Cooked Rice in a Bowl and add the Grated Raw Mango, Turmeric Powder, Salt and the Tampering, which we prepared earlier.
3. Now Mix it well and the Tasty Raw Mango Rice is Ready To Serve.
