CHILLI MUSHROOM

Ingredients:
1. Mushroom
2. Onions
3. Bell Peppers
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Vinegar -- 2Tbsp
6. Chilli Sauce -- 1Tbsp
7. Tomato Sauce -- 1Tbsp
8. Ginger (Finely Chopped) -- 2Tbsp
9. Green Chilli -- 5
10. Corn Starch -- 2Tbsp
11. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp
12. Garlic -- 2Cloves
13. Soy Sauce -- 1Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Wok and add Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli.

2. Then add Chopped Onions and fry them till they turn transparent.

3. Now add Bell Pepper to it.

4. After 5min add Mushrooms and fry them well till the Mushrooms and Bell Peppers become soft.

5. Then add Vinegar, Chilli Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt and Mix it Well.
6. Also, mix the Corn Starch in 1/2Cup of Water and add that to the Wok.
7. Mix it well and keep on stirring till the Gravy becomes Thicker.

8. Finally Tasty Chilli Mushroom is Ready to Serve.

SPROUTS SALAD IN A POCKET

Ingredients:
1. Sprouts -- 1/2Cup
2. Lettuce -- 1/4Cup
3. Carrots -- 1/4Cup
4. Green Chilli -- 3
5. Onions -- 1/4Cup
6. Lime Juice -- 2Tbsp
7. Salt -- To Taste
8. Chaat Masala -- 1Tbsp
9. Cumin Powder -- 1Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First add Salt and cook the Sprouts.
2. Then take the cooked Sprouts into a bowl and add Chopped Lettuce, Carrots, Onions and Green Chilli.
3. Also add Cumin Powder and Chaat Masala to it.
4. Finally add Lime Juice to it and Mix it well.
5. Tasty and Healthy Sprouts Salad is Ready.

6. Now just heat the Salad Pocket for 15 Sec in Microwave and fill it with the Sprouts Salad.

Note: The Salad Pockets are Easily Available in the Stores.



























You can Fill these Salad Pockets with Any Salad of your Choice.

MIXED VEGETABLES IN PEANUT BUTTER GRAVY

Ingredients:
1. Chopped Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Onions) -- 1Cup
2. Tofu (Cut into Cubes) -- 1/2Cup
3. Lemon Slices -- 4
4. Green Chilli -- 2
5. Peanut Butter -- 1/4Cup
6. Salt -- To Taste
7. Water -- 1Cup
8. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp


Method To Prepare:
1. First heat oil in a pan and add Green Chilli and Chopped Onions. Fry them till Onions turn transparent.

2.  Then add Bell Pepper and Carrots to the Pan.

3. Fry them for 5min and add Broccoli.

4. Now add Tofu and Lemon Slice to it and Mix it well.

5. Add Salt to it and let it cook for 5-10 Min.
6. Meanwhile take the Peanut Butter in a small bowl and mix it well in the water without any lumps.
7. Then add that water to the pan.

8. Mix it well and Close it with a lid and let it cook till the gravy becomes thicker.
9. Finally Tasty and Healthy Mixed Vegetables in Peanut Butter is Ready to Serve.

Enjoy this Gravy as a Side Dish for any Rice Item like Coconut Rice (Or) Fried Rice etc.,.

APPLE-HONEY SANDWICH

Ingredients:
1. Apple (Grated) --1
2. Honey -- 3tbsp
3. Cinnamon Powder -- 1/4tbsp
4. Ghee -- 1tbsp
5. Bread Slices -- 2

Method To Prepare:
1. Heat Ghee in a Pan and add Grated Apple. Fry it for 10min.
2. Then add Honey to it and mix it well.

3. Finally add Cinnamon Powder and remove it from the Heat.
4. Now Cut the sides of a Bread Slice and spread the Apple Mixture over it and then cover it with other Bread Slice.

5. Finally Cut the Sandwich into your favourite shapes and enjoy the Tasty and Healthy Apple Honey Sandwich

This Sandwich becomes a Good Breakfast for Kids along with a Glass of Milk.

MANGO FLAVORED FRUIT CUSTARD

Ingredients:
1. Mango Flavored Custard Powder -- 1/4Cup
2. Milk -- 2Cups
3. Sugar -- 4-5Tbsp
4. Chopped Fruits(Banana, Strawberry, Pomegranate Seeds, Clementines, Grapes)
Note: You can use any Fruits as per your Taste.

Method To Prepare:
1. First Boil the Milk. Then mix the Custard Powder in 1/4Cup of Milk and add it to the Boiled Milk.
2. Also Add Sugar to it and keep on stirring so that it doesnt burn at the bottom.

3. Once it becomes thick, remove it from heat and let it cool down.

4. Then take the Chopped Fruits into a bowl and add this Custard Mix to it.
5. Mix it well and keep it in the refrigerator.
6. Then Enjoy the Chilled and Tasty Mango Flavored Fruit Custard

ONION UTHAPPAM

Ingredients:
1. Idly Batter -- 2Cups
2. Chopped Coriander -- For Topping
3. Cumin Seeds -- For Topping (Optional)
4. Chopped Green Chilli -- For Topping (Optional)
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Finely Chopped Onions -- 1Cup
6. Oil -- For Roasting

Method To Prepare:
1. First take the Idly Batter into a bowl and add required amount of Salt.
2. Then heat a Non-Stick Tawa or Electric Griddle and add laddle full of batter on it. Spread it in the form of Dosa but remember it should be little thicker than normal dosa.
3. Top it with Chopped Onions, Coriander Leaves and Cumin Seeds. If you prefer some spicyness, you can even add Chopped Green Chilli on it.
4. Add Oil and Roast it nicely on both the sides.
5. Finally Tasty Onion Uthappam is Ready to Serve.
6. Repeat the same process with rest of the batter to make more Uthappams.


Serve them Hot with Coconut Chutney or Any Chutney of your Choice.

BHEL PURI

Bhelpuri is a savoury Indian snack, and is also a type of Chaat. It is made out of Puffed rice, Vegetables and a Tangy Tamarind sauce.

Ingredients:
1. Bhel (Puffed Rice)
2. Chopped Onions -- 1/4Cup
3. Chopped Tomato -- 1/4Cup
4. Chopped Cucumber -- 1/4Cup
5. Date and Tamarind Chutney -- 2Tbsp
6. Masala Peanuts -- 1/4Cup
7. Mint Chutney -- 4Tbsp
8. Chopped Cilantro -- 1/4Cup
9. Chaat Masala -- 2Tbsp
10. Sev -- 1/4Cup
11. Chopped Green Chilli -- 4Tbsp
12. Lemon Juice -- 4Tbsp(Add As Per your Taste)

Method To Prepare:
1. First take the Puffed Rice into a bowl and then one by one add all other ingredients and Mix it well.
2. Finally Add Lemon Juice and Mix it Again.
3. Tasty Bhel Puri is Ready to Serve.

WHOLE GREEN GRAM DOSA / PESARATTU

Ingredients:
1. Whole Green Gram -- 1Cup
2. Raw Rice -- 1/4Cup
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Green Chilli -- 10
5. Ginger
6. Ghee -- To Roast
7. Finely Chopped Onions -- For Topping

Method To Prepare:
1.  Soak Whole Green Gram and Rice together overnight.
2. Then blend them by adding Green Chilli, Salt and Ginger. Transfer the batter into a Bowl.

3. Now heat Electric Griddle or a Non-Stick Tawa and add a laddle full of Batter and spread it in the form of a dosa and top it with chopped onions. Add Ghee and Roast it.

4.  Once it gets Roasted, turn it to the other side and roast it again for 2min.

5. Finally Tasty Pesarattu Ready to Serve.

Pesarattu-Upma is Superb Combination. Also you can enjoy this Pesarattu with Allam Pachadi(Ginger Chutney)

BANANA FLOWER CURRY

Ingredients:
1. Banana Flowers -- 2
2. Salt -- To Taste
3. Channa Dal -- 1Tbsp
4. Urad Dal -- 1Tbsp
5. Mustard Seeds -- 1Tbsp
6. Green Chilli -- 10
7. Red Chilli -- 5
9. Curry Leaves -- 10nos.
10. Oil -- 4Tbsp
11. Tamarind Extract -- 2Tbsp
12. Mustard Seeds Powder -- 2Tbsp
13. Turmeric Powder -- 1/2Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First open the Banana Flower layer by layer and take out the Blossoms.
2. Then finely chop those Banana Flower Blossoms.
3. Now add 2Cups of water in a pan and add the chopped Banana Blossoms to it. Also add 1Tbsp of Salt and Turmeric Powder and let it boil for atleast 15-20min. After it gets cooked strain the water and keep it aside.

2. Now heat Oil in a pan and add Channa Dal, Urad Dal, Mustard Seeds, Green Chilli, Red Chilli and Curry Leaves.

3. Then add the Cooked Banana Flower to the pan.

4. Now add Tamarind Extract, Mustard Seeds Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt to it. Mix it Well and let it cook for 5-10min.
5. Finally Tasty Banana Flower Curry is Ready to Serve.

ALOO-GOBI PULAO

Ingredients:
1. Basmati Rice -- 1Cup
2. Green Peas -- 1/2Cup
3. Califlower Florets -- 2Cups
4. Garlic Cloves -- 2
5. Cumin Powder -- 1Tbsp
6. Cashews -- 1/4Cup
7. 1 inch Cinnamon Sticks -- 2
8. Bay Leaves -- 3
9.  Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
10. Chopped Fresh Cilantro -- 1/4Cup
11. Ghee -- 4Tbsp
12. Salt -- To Taste
13. Small Potatoes -- 3
14.  Green Chilli -- 5
15. Dry Ginger Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
16. Pulao Masala -- 2Tbsp
17. Coriander Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
18. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/4Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Cinnamon Sticks, Bay Leaves, Chopped Garlic.

2. Then add Green Chilli, Green Peas and Potato.

3. Fry them for 5min and add Califlower florets.

4. Now add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Pulao Masala, Turmeric Powder, Dry Ginger Powder and Salt. Add 1/2Cup of Water and mix them all together.

5. Then transfer everything to the Electric Cooker bowl along with Basmati Rice. Add required amount of Water and let it cook.
6. Finally Tasty Aloo-Gobi Pulao is Ready to Serve.

Serve it hot with any Raitha of your Choice.

RAW MANGO - COCONUT CHUTNEY

Ingredients:
1. Coconut(Cut into Small Pieces) -- 1
2. Raw Mango -- 1
3. Red Chilli -- 5
4. Green Chilli -- 10
5. Mustard Seeds -- 1Tbsp
6. Urad Dal -- 1Tbsp
7. Salt -- To Taste
8. Oil -- 1tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Pan and add Urad Dal, Mustard Seeds, Red Chilli to it. Fry them till mustard seeds splutter and keep it a side.
2. Now add Coconut Pieces, Raw Mango Pieces, Green Chilli and Salt to a blender and blend them into 
paste.
3. Then add the Tampering also to it and blend it again.
4. Finally Adjust the Taste(Salt and Spiceness) of the Chutney and Serve it.

STUFFED KARELA

Ingredients:
1. Karela (Bitter Gourd) -- 2
2. Onions(Finely Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
3. Gram Flour(Besan) -- 1/4Cup
4. Garam Masala -- 1Tbsp
5. Salt -- To Taste
6. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
7. Cumin Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
8. Oil -- 1/2Cup
Method To Prepare:
1. First slit the Karela in the center and remove the seeds carefully using a spoon. Remember to do this very carefully without breaking the karela completly.
2. Then steam cook the Karela by adding 1/2tbsp of Salt and keep them aside.
3. Now take chopped onions into a bowl and add Gram Flour, Garam Masala, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder and mix it well.
4. Then stuff the above prepared mixture into the Cooked Karela.
5. Now heat Oil in a pan and add these Stuffed Karela to it.
6. Fry them till the Karela and gets slight brown color and also you can see the change in the Stuffed Mixture also.
7. Finally Tasty Stuffed Karela is ready to Serve.

This dish tastes Yummy with Plain Rice.
