FRUIT SALAD WITH ICE-CREAM

Ingredients:
1. Vanilla Ice Cream
2.  Mango
3. Watermelon
4. Pomegranate Seeds
5. Orange
6. Banana
7. Apple
8. Chocolate Syrup


I used the above mentioned Fruits in this Recipe, but you can use the fruits as per your taste.

Method To Prepare:
1. First chop all the fruits into small pieces.
2. Then arrange them in the Ice-Cream Cups.

3. Now add 2 Scoops of Ice-Cream in the Cup.
4. Finally Garnish with Chocolate Syrup and a Wafer and Serve it.

Enjoy the Tasty Fruit Salad With Ice Cream...............

CHUTNEY POWDER

Ingredients:
1. Roasted Channa Dal -- 1/4 Cup
2. Peanuts -- 1/2Cup
3. Red Chilli -- 10 no.s
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Small Lemon Sized Tamarind.

Method To Prepare:
1. First Dry Roast the Peanuts and Red Chilli.

2. After the Roasted Peanuts are cooled, Blend them into powder by adding  Salt, Tamarind and Roasted Channa Dal.
3. Finally Transfer it to an air-tight container and you can store it for months.
4. You can serve this Chutney Powder with Idly or you can even serve it with Dosa by adding required amount of water to this Chutney Powder and making it in the form of Chutney.

TIRANGA IDLY

Ingredients:
1. Idly Batter
2. Spinach Leaves -- 1/2Cup
3. Small Carrots -- 5
4. Salt -- To Taste

Method To Prepare:
1. First prepare normal Idly Batter(Im sure everyone knows how to make Idly Batter).
2. Then divide the batter into 3 Portions.
3. Leave one portion of the batter plain, i.e., for White Idly.
4. Now add Carrots to one portion of the batter and grind it.
5. Then add Spinach Leaves to the other portion of the batter and also grind it.
6. So, Now all the three batters with different colors are ready. 
7. Grease the Idly plates and pour laddle full of batter in that and Steam cook for 15min in Idly Cooker.
8. Finally Tiranga Idly is Ready To Serve.
Serve Them Hot with Sambar and Coconut Chutney/ Any Chutney Of Your Choice.

CARROT-SPRING ONION SANDWICH

Ingredients:
1. Carrots (Grated) -- 1Cup
2. Spring Onion (Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
3. Onions (Finely Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
4. Tomato (Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
5. Salt -- To Taste
6. Ginger (Finely Chopped) -- 1Tbsp
7. Green Chilli (Finely Chopped) -- 1Tbsp
8. Chaat Masala -- 1Tbsp
9. Garam Masala -- 1/2Tbsp
10. Oil/Ghee -- 2tbsp
11. Bread Slices -- 2

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil/Ghee in a pan and add Chopped Green Chilli and Ginger.

2. Fry them for 2min and add Chopped Onions. Fry till the Onions turn transparent.

3. After the Onions are fried well, add Tomatoes to the pan and cook them till the tomatoes become soft.

4. Now add Grated Carrot and Spring Onions to the Pan. Fry them for about 10-15min.

5. Finally add Garam Masala, Chaat Masala and Salt and Mix it well.

6. Then Roast the Bread Slice on both the sides and spread the above prepared mixture on one of the bread slice and keep the other slice on top of it as shown below.

7. Tasty Carrot-Spring Onion Sandwich is ready to Eat.

100th POST / SPINACH(PALAK) PULUSU

Hurray Im posting my 100th Recipe. Thank You So Much for Encouraging me. Hope this Continues and my Recipes will increase more and more.
Now lets go to the Recipe.
Ingredients:
1. Spinach Leaves -- 3Cups
2. Water -- 2Cups
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Tamarind Jucie -- 4-5Tbsp
5. Channa Dal -- 5tbsp
6. Fenugreek Seeds -- 1tbsp
7. Sesame Seeds -- 2tbsp
8. Mustard Seeds -- 1tbsp
9. Asafoetida -- 1/4tbsp
10. Green Chilli -- 4
11. Red Chilli -- 4
12. Oil -- 2tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First wash the Spinach Leaves with Fresh Water and the pressure cook upto 3 Whistles.
2. Meanwhile heat Oil in a Pan and add Channa Dal, Sesame Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds and Red Chilli.

3. Fry them all till they turn into slight brown color. Then remove the pan from heat and let it cool down.
4. After it gets cooled blend them all together into fine paste by adding required amount of water.
5. Now take out the cooked Spianch Leaves from the pressure cooker and add the paste which we have prepared earlier.
 
6. Also add Salt, Asafoetida and Water and Mix it well.
7. Finally Tamper it with Mustard Seeds.
8. Tasty Spinach(Palak) Pulusu is Ready to Serve.

 
Enjoy this Pulusu with Plain Rice. It Tastes Yummy..............
Note: You can make this recipe with Amarnath Leaves also. Follow the same procedure and instead of Spinach Leaves add Amarnath Leaves.

PISTA-BADAM MILK

Almonds and pistachios are two kinds of nuts that can be highly beneficial to your health. They contain significant amounts of several nutrients, and eating them may also improve your heart health and cholesterol levels.
Both almonds and pistachios, like many other types of nuts, are good sources of protein.
These nuts are essential part of a heart-healthy diet. Eating them daily can cut your risk of getting the blood clots that may lead to a heart attack.

Ingredients:
1. Pistachios(Pista) -- 1/4Cup
2. Almonds(Badam) -- 1/2Cup
3. Sugar -- 1/4Cup
4. Cardamom Powder -- 1/4tbsp
5. Boiled Milk -- 2Cups
6. Saffron -- To Garnish.


Method To Prepare:
1. Soak Almonds and Pistachios in Warm Water for atleast 1/2 an Hour.
2. Then Peel the skin of the almonds and blend both Pista and Almonds into fine Paste by adding 1/2Cup of Milk.
3. Now add this paste to the remaining milk. Also add Cardamom Powder and sugar.
4. Stirr it well without any lumps are formed.
5. Finally Garnish with Saffron and Serve Chilled.


Note: Add Sugar and Cardamom Powder as per your Taste.

TOFU GRAVY

Ingredients:
1. Tofu
2. Broccoli -- 1/2Cup
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Spring Onions -- 1/2Cup
5. Carrots -- 1/2Cup
6.  Soy  Sauce -- 1tbsp
7. Bell Pepper -- 1/2Cup
8. Ginger -- 1tbsp
9. Garlic -- 2tbsp
10. Olive Oil -- 4tbsp
11. Mushrooms -- 1/2Cup
12 Vinegar -- 2tbsp

Method To Prepare :
1. Heat Oil in a wok and add chopped ginger and garlic and saute it for a min.
2. Add  chopped carrots, Broccoli, Bell pepper, mushrooms, saute them till they become soft.
3. Now add Tofu and put 2 tablespoons of Vinegar and Soya sauce.
4. Pour 1 1/2 cups of water and boil for 2 to 3 mins.
5. Then add corn starch paste to thicken the gravy.
6. Finally add salt and garnish with chopped spring onions.
7. Tasty Vegetable Gravy is ready to serve.

Serve it hot with Fried Rice.

MUSHROOM FRIED RICE

Mushrooms contain about 80 to 90 percent water, and are very low in calories (only 100 cal/oz). They have very little sodium and fat. Mushrooms are an excellent source of Potassium, a mineral that helps lower elevated blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke.
One medium mushroom has even more potassium than a banana or a glass of orange juice.
Mushrooms themselves provide you with lean proteins as they have Zero Cholesterol, Fats and very Low Carbohydrates. Also they are very effective in preventing Breast Cancer in Ladies.
Mushrooms can be an ideal low energy diet for Diabetics. They have high proteins, vitamins and minerals, a lot of  fiber. Moreover, they contain natural insulin and enzymes which help breaking down of sugar or starch of the food.

Ingredients :
1. Mushrooms -- 10
2. Carrots(Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
3. Ginger (Finely Chopped)- 1tsp
4. Garlic - 1
5. Onion(Finely Chopped) -- 1Cup
6. Pepper Powder -- 1tbsp
7. Soy Sauce - 1tbsp
8. Basmati Rice(Cooked) -- 1cup
9. Peas - 1/2cup
10. Salt -- To Taste
11. Cabbage(Finely Chopped) - 1/2cup
12. Chilli Sauce -- 1tbsp
13. Oil - 2tbsp
14. Fresh Coriander Leaves -- to garnish
15. Green Chilli -- 6

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Green Chilli, Ginger and Garlic.

2. Then add Chopped Onions to the pan and fry them till they turn transparent.

3. Now add chopped Carrots and Cabbage. Fry them for about 10min.

4. Then add Green Peas and Chopped Mushrooms. Fry them till Mushrooms become soft.

5. When Mushrooms become soft, add Salt, Soy Sauce,  and Chilli Sauce to it.
6. Finally add Cooked Rice and Pepper Powder to the pan and Mix it well.

7. Tasty Mushroom Fried Rice is Ready. Enjoy with Tomato Ketchup.

ONION-CAPSICUM RAITHA

Ingredients:
1. Onions(Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
2. Green Bell Pepper/Capsicum(Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
3. Tomatoes(Diced into Small Pieces) -- 1/2Cup
4. Green Chilli -- 3-4
5. Salt -- To Taste
6. Cumin Powder -- 1tbsp
7. Chaat Masala -- 1/2tbsp
8. Curd -- 1Cup
9. Oil -- 2tbsp
10. Fresh Coriander Leaves -- To Garnish

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add chopped Onions and Capsicum. Fry them for10-15Min.
2. Then add diced Tomatoes and fry till they become soft.
3. Now transfer everything to a bowl and add Curd to it.
4. Also add Salt, Cumin Powder, Chaat Masala and Mix it Well.
5. Finally Garnish it with Fresh Coriander Leaves and Serve it.

TOFU POHA

Ingredients:
1. Rice Flakes -- 2Cups
2. Tofu(Cut into 1 inch Cubes) -- 1/2Cup
3. Potato(Cut into small pieces) -- 1/2Cup
4. Onions(Chopped) --1/2Cup
5. Green Peas -- 1/4Cup
6. Green Chilli -- 6
7. Ginger(Finely Chopped) -- 1tbsp
8. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2tbsp
9. Curry Leaves -- 5
10. Salt -- To Taste
11. Oil -- 4tbsp 
12. Turmeric -- As Required

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Cumin Seeds, Green Chilli and Curry Leaves.

2. Then add Chopped Onions to the pan and fry them till they become slightly brown color.

3. Then add diced Potatoes. Add Salt and fry them till Potatoes become Soft.

4. Now add Tofu Pieces to the Pan.

5. Fry them for 2min and add Green Peas.

6. Mix them all together and then add washed Poha to the pan.

7. Now add Turmeric to it and mix it well.
8. Finally Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves and Serve it Hot.

APPLE JUICE

Ingredients:
1. Apples -- 2
2. Water -- 4Cups
3. Sugar(Optional) -- To Taste

Method To Prepare:
1. First Peel the Apples and cut into small pieces.
2. Then add those apple pieces to a blender and blend them smoothly by adding 1Cup of Water.
3. Now strain the Pulp using a strainer and extract the juice from it. If you want you can add Sugar to this Juice or even you can even serve it without adding Sugar.
Serve Chilled...............

JALAPENO MASALA CURRY

Ingredients:
1. Jalapenos -- 8
2. Onions -- 2
3. Curry Powder -- 2tbsp
4. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/4tbsp
5. Salt -- To Taste
6. Curry Leaves -- 5
7. Oil -- 4tbsp
8. Fresh Coriander Leaves -- To Garnish
9. Ginger-Garlic Paste -- 2tbsp

Method To Prepare :
1. First cut Onions into small pieces and grind them by adding Ginger-Garlic Paste into fine paste. Keep it a side.
2. Then heat Oil in a pan and add Curry Leaves to it.
3. Immediately add Jalapenos by slitting them in middle. Stirr fry them till they become soft by adding Salt.
4. Now add the Onion Paste to the Pan. Add 1/2Cup of Water and Mix it well.
5. Close it with a lid and let it cook till the Onion Paste loses its raw flavor.
6. Then add Curry Powder, Red Chilli Powder and also check the Salt, if needed you can add more Salt and mix it well.
7. Let it cook for 5-10Min so that the Jalapenos will absorb the flavor of Curry Powder. 
8. Finally garnish it with Fresh Coriander Leaves and Serve it Hot.

Note: If you think that the curry is Spicy without Red Chilli Powder, You can just skip that in the Recipe.
Also you can add Boiled Potatoes to give a different  taste to this Recipe.

STRAWBERRY LASSI

1. First rinse the Strawberries with cold water and dry them.
2. Then blend all the ingredients(Strawberries, Yogurt and Milk) together untill they become smooth.
3. Finally Garnish with a Strawberry and Serve Chilled.

TINDA KA BHARTHA

The Tinda, also called Indian round gourd or Apple gourd or Indian Baby Pumpkin, is a squash-like cucurbit grown for its immature fruit, a vegetable especially popular in South Asia.
The nutrition benefits of tinda is that it is high on energy and low on carbohydrates and protein.
It contains antioxidants and many anti-inflammatory agents, which are effective for controlling blood pressure, heart diseases, and strokes and prevent cancer formation.
A lot of fiber helps in digestion, helps in diarrhea by increased water absorption, relieves stomach acidity, and prevents constipation. Some researches indicate that they are good food for healthy skin and hairs, its consumption result in very long and healthy hairs. It increases the urinary flow and excretes toxins from the kidney.

Ingredients:
1. Tinda(Baby Pumpkin)
2. Onions(Finely Chopped) --1Cup
3. Tomato --1Cup
4. Curry Powder -- 1tbsp
5. Green Chilli -- 4
6. Cumin Seeds -- -- 1/2tbsp
7. Ginger-Garlic Paste -- 1tbsp
8. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2tbsp
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Oil -- -- 2tbsp

Method To Prepare :
1.  First heat Oil in a Pan and add Cumin Seeds and Green Chilli.

2. Then add Chopped Onions to the pan and fry them till onions turn transparent.

3. Now add diced Tomatoes, Salt and cook till they become soft.

4. When the Tomatoes become soft, add Curyy Powder and Red Chilli Powder.

5. Add 1/2Cup of Water and Mix it well. Then add diced Tinda Pieces.

6. Now add more 1/2Cup of Water to the Pan and let it cook by closing with a lid.

7. Finally Tasty Tinda Ka Bhartha is Ready to Serve.

Serve it with either Roti or Rice.
