BLACK BEAN BURGER

Ingredients:
1. Black Beans -- 1Tin
2. Medium Sized Potatoes (Boiled and Mashed) -- 3
3. Bell Peppers -- 1
4. Onion --1
5. Green Chilly --8
6. Ginger-Garlic Paste -- 2Tbsp
7. Salt -- To Taste
8. Bread Crumbs -- 1Cup
9. Oil -- For Shallow Fry
10. Burger Buns -- 4
11. Tomato Slices -- 4
12. Lettuce Leaves -- 4
 
Method To Prepare :
1. First add Bell Pepper and Onion to a Food Chopper and chop them finely.
2. Then add Black Beans and Green Chilly to it and again chop it nicely.
3. Now transfer everything to a bowl and add Salt, Ginger-Garlic Paste and Mashed Potatoes to it and mix everything well.
4. Then add Bread Crumbs to it and mix well.
5. Finally make patties out of the mixture we have prepared and shallow fry them by adding required amount of oil.
6. Now toast a burger bun and place the Black Beans Pattie over it and then place the Lettuce Leaf over it and then comes the Tomato Slice. Finally Cover it with top part of the burger bun.
7. Tasty Black Beans Burger is Ready To Serve..............

SAGO-APPLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1. Sago (Saggubiyyam/Sabudana) -- 1/2Cup
2. Apple (Peeled And Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
3. Seedless Dates -- 2
4. Honey -- 2Tbsp
5. Milk -- 1Cup
Method To Prepare:
1. Soak Sago for Overnight.
2. Also soak dates in milk and keep aside.
3. Then add 1/2Cup of Milk and Soaked Sago to a thick bottomed pan and let it boil on low flame.
4. Cook it until the Sago becomes soft and then remove it from heat and get it cooled.


5. After it gets cooled, add it to the blender along with Apple, Dates and Honey.
6. Blend till it becomes smooth by adding remaining milk.
7. Finally Garnish with a piece of Apple and Serve Chilled.

VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients:
1. Tomato -- 1
2. Carrot -- 1
3. Mini Bell Peppers -- 4
4. Spinach Leaves -- Handfull
5. Corn Kernels -- 1/2Cup
6. Black Beans -- 1/2Cup
7. Paprika -- 1Tbsp
8. Cumin Powder -- 1Tbsp
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Tomato Sauce -- 1/4Cup
11. Vegetable Stock -- 1Cup
Method To Prepare:
1. First cut Tomato, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Spinach Leaves and add them to a thick Sauce Pan.
2. Then add Corn Kernels, Black Beans, Salt and Vegetable Stock.
3. Also add 1Cup of Water and close it with lid.
4. Let it cook till all the Vegetables become soft.
5. When Once the Vegetables become soft remove it from the flame and let it cool down.
6. Then add everything to a blender and blend it smoothly.
7. Now again transfer it to the Sauce Pan and add Paprika, Cumin Powder, Tomato Sauce and cook for 10-15min.
8. Finally Tasty And Healthy Vegetable Soup is Ready to Serve.

VEGETABLE GRILLED SANDWICH


 
Ingredients:
1. Sandwich Bread -- 2 Slices
2. Mozzarella Cheese
3. Onion Slices
4. Tomato Slices
5. Cucumber Slices
6. Lettuce
7. Tomato Sauce -- 1Tbsp
8. Mint - Coriander Sauce -- 1Tbsp
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Pepper Powder
11. Butter -- To Toast The Bread
12. Pickled Jalapenos -- 1/4Cup
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First Toast the Bread Slices using Butter and keep aside.
2. Then spread the Tomato Sauce on one of the Bread Slice and Mint-Coriander Sauce on the Other one.
 
3. Now place the Lettuce Leaf as a base and then put the Tomato Slices, Onion Slices, Cucumber Slices, Mozzarella Cheese, Pickled Jalapenos and then Sprinkle Salt and Pepper over it.
 
 
4. Finally Place the other Bread Slice Over it and Place it on the Griddle and toast it for 2min so that the Cheese Melts.
