RICE PASTA

 
Ingredients:
1. Rice Pasta Grains -- 1Cup
2. Vegetable Stock -- 2Cups
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup
5. Carrots (Diced into small Cubes) -- 1/4Cup
6. Chopped Bell Peppers (Green, Red and Yellow) -- 1Cup
7. Pasta Sauce -- 4Tbsp
8. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp
9. Garlic Cloves -- 3
10. Spring Onions (Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
11. Spinach -- 1/4Cup
12. Cheese -- To Garnish
13. Thyme -- 1/2Tbsp
14. Tomato Paste -- 2Tbsp
 
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Chopped Garlic and Spring Onions to it.
 
2. Then add Chopped Onions to the pan and fry till they become transparent.
 
3. Now add Chopped Bell Peppers, Carrots and Salt. Cook till they become soft.
 
4. Once they become soft, add Spinach Leaves to the pan and cook for 5min.
5. Then add Vegetable Stock, Pasta Sauce, Tomato Paste, Thyme and Mix it well.
 
6. Now add the Rice Pasta Grains and Let it cook on low flame.

7. Add Grated Cheese and Mix it well.
8. Finally tasty Rice Pasta is Ready to Serve.
 
Serve it hot with Garlic Bread.
 
Note: Rice Pasta Grains which I have used are shown in below picture.

VANILLA CUSTARD

 
Ingredients:
1. Milk -- 1Cup
2. Vanilla Flavored Custard Powder -- 4Tbsp
3. Sugar -- 1/2Cup (Add As Per Your Taste)
4. Whipping Cream -- 1Cup
5. Chocolate Syrup -- To Garnish
6. Pineapple Wafer -- To Garnish
7. Chopped Fruits (I have used Apple, Pineapple, Pear, Banana)
8. Tooty Frooty -- 1/4Cup
 
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First boil the milk and add the Custard Powder by mixing it separately in small amount of cold milk.
2. When it becomes thick paste, remove it from the flame and let it cool down.
3. Then add this Vanilla Custard Paste to the Whipping Cream and whip it nicely so that everything gets mixed well and refrigerate it to become chilled.
4. Now take the Serving Cups and first add the Vanilla Custard and Whipping Cream Mix. Then add the Chopped Fruits and Tooty Frooty.
5. Then add a Teaspoon of Chocolate Syrup on it and Finally Garnish it with the Pineapple Wafer.
6. Finally Our Tasty Vanilla Custard is Ready To Serve.

MANGO-BANANA BREAD PUDDING


Ingredients:
1. Bread Slices -- 4
2. Banana -- 1
3. Mango Flavored Custard Powder -- 4Tbsp
4. Sugar -- 1/2Cup
5. Milk -- 1Cup
6. Chopped Almonds (For Topping)  -- 1/4Cup
7. Tooty Frooty (Optional) -- 1/4Cup
8. Ghee -- 4Tbsp

 
Method To Prepare:
1. First cut the Bread Slices into small pieces.
2. Grease the Loaf Pan and keep aside.
3. Now boil the Milk and add the Mango Flavored Custard Powder by mixing it separately in cold milk.
4. Our Custard Milk is Ready.
 
5. Then heat Ghee in a Pan and Roast the Bread Pieces and transfer them to the greased Loaf pan as a Base.
 
6. Now cut the Banana into slices and put them as a layer over the Bread Pieces.
 
7. Then sprinkle the Tooty Frooty over the Banana Slices.
8. Now pour the Custard Milk into the Loaf pan.
 
9. Finally Top it with the Chopped Almonds and bake it at 350 degrees in a Pre-Heated Oven for 30-40Min.
 
10. Then remove it from the Oven and keep it in the refrigerator to become cold.
 
10. Tasty Mango-Banana Bread Pudding is Ready to Serve.

VEG PUFF

 
Ingredients:
1. Potato (Boiled And Mashed) -- 1/2Cup
2. Cabbage (Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
3. Carrots (Grated) -- 1/4Cup
4. Bell Peppers (Green, Red, Orange) (Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
5. Green Peas -- 1/4Cup
6. Onion (Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
7. Garam Masala -- 2Tbsp
8. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Oil -- 4Tbsp
11. Pastry Puff Sheet -- 1
12. Green Chilli -- 4
13. Chaat Masala -- 1Tbsp


Method To Prepare:
1. First cook Finely Chopped Cabbage and keep aside.
2. Then heat Oil in a pan and add Green Chilli to it.

3. Now add Chopped Onions to the Pan and fry till they become transparent.

4. Add Chopped Bell Peppers to the pan and fry till they become soft.

5. Now add the Cooked Cabbage and Potatoes to it and mix everything well.
6. Add Salt, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, and Chaat Masala to it. Mix it well.

7. Finally our Stuffing for our Veg Puff is ready.

8. Now to make the Veg Puffs follow the below procedure.
A) First Thaw the Pastry Puff Sheet and cut it into 3 equal parts vertically.
B) Then again cut them into equal squares.
C) Now put a Tablespoon full of the Vegetable Curry on each part.
D) Finally fold it and seal the edges and place them on a Baking Tray.
 
9. Place the Baking Tray in a Pre-heated Oven and Bake the Puffs at 400 degrees for about 10-15min.
10. Finally Tasty Veg Puffs are Ready to Serve.
Serve them with Tomato Sauce.
