ICED MAGIC

Iced Magic is the Refreshing Summer Cooler which is a combination of Guava and Watermelon.
 
Ingredients:
1. Guava Juice -- 1Cup
2. Watermelon Juice -- 2Cups
3. Sugar -- As needed
4. Lime Juice -- 2Tbsp
5. Watermelon Cubes -- To Garnish
6. Ice Cubes
 
Method To Prepare:
1. Mix all the Ingredients in a blender and blend them into smooth juice.
2. Then strain the juice using a strainer.
3. Now place the ice cubes in a serving glass and pour the juice into it.
4. Finally Serve Immediately by garnishing with Watermelon Cubes.

VEG BURGER

 
 Ingredients:
1. Grated Carrots -- 1/2Cup
2. Celery -- 1/2Cup
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Green Peas -- 1/2Cup
5. Cooked And Mashed Potatoes -- 4
6. Black Pepper Powder -- 2Tbsp
7. Finely Chopped Bell Peppers -- -- 1/2Cup
8. Green Chilli -- 6
9. Finely Chopped Onions -- 1Cup
10. Wheat Flour -- 1/4Cup
11. Oil -- For Shallow Fry
12. Tomato Slice
13. Cheese Slice
14. Lettuce Leaf
15. Toothpick

Method To Prepare:
1. First add all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
2. Then make a dough.
3. Now make patties from that.
4. Heat Oil in a Pan and Shallow Fry the Patties.
5. Now lets make our Burger.
6. Toast the Burger Buns.
7. Then take the bottom part of the bun and put the Lettuce and then place the Pattie over it and then comes the Cheese Slice, and Tomato Slice. Finally place the top part of the Burger Bun and insert the Toothpick at the center of the Burger and Serve the Tasty Veggie Burger.

CHICKPEA RICE


1. Basmati Rice -- 1Cup
2. Cinnamon Stick ( 1 inch) -- 1
3. Bay Leaves -- 2
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
5. Cloves -- 4
6. Goda Masala -- 2Tbsp
7. Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
8. Green Chilli -- 6
9. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
10. Onions -- 1Cup
11. Potato (Peeled And Cubed) -- 1/2Cup
12. Bell Peppers -- 1/2Cup
13. Chickpeas (Soaked for 4hours) -- 1/2Cup
14. Oil -- 3Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Cumin Seeds and fry them for 2min.
 
2. Then add Chopped Onions and Green Chilli. Fry them till the Onions become transparent.

3. Now add Potatoes and Bell Peppers to the Pan and cook for 2min.
 
 
4. Then add the Soaked Chickpeas to the pan.
 
5. Now add Turmeric Powder, Salt, Goda Masala, Red Chilli Powder and mix it well.
6. Then transfer everything to the Electric Cooker vessel along with Basmati Rice and add required amount of water. Let it cook.
7. Finally Tasty Chickpea Rice is Ready To Serve.

ALOO - JEERA / POTATO - CUMIN SEEDS CURRY

 
Ingredients:
1. Potato (Peeled And Cubed) -- 2Cups
2. Curry Leaves -- 6
3. Red Chilli -- 4
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
5. Amchoor Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
6. Cumin Powder -- 1Tbsp
7. Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
8. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
9. Chilli Flakes -- 1/2Tbsp
10. Coriander Powder -- 1Tbsp
 11. Oil -- 4-5 Tbsp
12. Salt -- To Taste
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Curry Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Red Chilli.
Fry them for 2min.
 
2. Then add Cubed Potatoes to the pan. Also add Turmeric Powder and Salt.
Close it with a lid and let it cook on medium flame until the Potato becomes soft.
 
3. Now add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Amchoor Powder and Chilli Flakes to it and mix it well.
4. Finally Tasty Aloo-Jeera Is Ready to Serve.

VERMICELLI BARFI

 
Ingredients:
1. Vermicelli -- 1Cup
2. Milk -- 1Cup
3. Heavy Cream -- 1/4Cup (Optional)
4. Sugar -- 1/2Cup
5. Cardamom Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
6. Almonds -- To Garnish
7. Ghee -- 2Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare
1. First Boil the Milk.
2. Then add Heavy Cream, Vermicelli, Sugar and mix it well.
 
3. Add Ghee and Cardamon Powder and Keep on mixing it on low flame till the milk is absorbed by the Vermicelli.
4. Finally Grease a plate and transfer the Vermicelli to it and let it cool down.
5. Tasty Vermicelli Barfi is Ready To Serve.

KALA JAMUN

Ingredients:
1. Grated Paneer --1Cup
2. All Purpose Flour (Maida) -- 2Tbsp
3. Cardamom Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
4. Ghee  -- For Deep FFry
5. Milk -- 2-3 Tbsp (Used to Bind)
6. Sugar -- 1 1/2Cups
Method To Prepare:
1. Take the Grated Paneer to a bowl and add All Purpose Flour, Cardamom Powder and Milk to it.
Mix it well and make a smooth dough.
2. Then make small dumplings of Oval Shape by pressing slowly in between your palms without any cracks.
3. Meanwhile bring Sugar and 1/2Cup of Water to boil. Stir it continuously till sugar dissolves and forms a thick sugar syrup.
4. Then heat Ghee and deep fry them till dark brown color and drop them into the sugar syrup.
5. Finally Garnish with Almonds and Serve Tasty Kala Jamuns....

PANEER MAKHINI

Ingredients:
1. Chopped Onions -- 1Cup
2. Chopped Tomato -- 1Cup
3. Butter -- 4Tbsp
4. Curd -- 1/2Cup
5. Fresh Cream -- 1/2Cup
6. Salt -- To Taste
7. Cumin Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
8. Coriander Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
9. Red Chilli Powder -- 1
10. Garam Masala -- 1Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Butter in a pan and Fry the Paneer Cubes and keep them aside.

2. Then in the same pan add Chopped Onions and fry them till they become transparent.

3. Now add Chopped Tomatoes to the pan and cook till they are soft.

4. Once the Tomatoes are soft, remove them from heat and let it cool.
5. Then add everything to ablender and blend into fine paste by adding Fresh Cream and Curd.
6. Now add this pasted to the pan.

7. Let it cook for 5min and then add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, and Coriander Powder.

8. Mix it well and let it cook for 10min by stirring it on low flame.
9. Then add Fried Paneer Cubes to the pan.

 10. Cook it on low flame for about 10-15min.
11. Finally Tasty Paneer Makhini is Ready to Serve.


Serve it hot with Roti..............

DRY FRUITS KULFI


Ingredients:
1. Dry Fruits (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios) -- 1Cup
2. Milk -- 1Cup
3. Sugar -- 1/4Cup
4. Cardamom Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
 
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First soak all the Dry Fruits for about 2hours.
2. Then blend them into fine paste.
3. Now heat milk and when the milk starts boiling add Sugar and Dry Fruits Paste to it.
4. Mix it well without forming lumps.
5. Let it boil for 5min on low flame.
6. Then remove it from the heat and add Cardamom Powder.
7. Now pour this into the Kulfi Moulds.
 
8. Refrigerate them for about 4-5hours.
9. Then remove it slowly by rubbing between your palms.
10. Finally Tasty Dry Fruits Kulfi is Ready to Serve.

MANGO - VANILLA SMOOTHIE

 
Ingredients:
1. Mango Puree -- 1Cup
2. Vanilla Ice-Cream -- 1/2Cup
3. Tooty Frooty -- To Garnish
4. Sugar -- To Taste
 
Method To Prepare:
1. Add Mango Puree, Sugar and Vanilla Ice-Cream to a Blender and Blend till smooth.
2. Transfer it to a Serving Glass and Serve Chilled by Garnishing with Tooty Frooty.
Tasty and Easy Mango-Vanilla Smoothie is Ready To Serve.

MINT DAL


Ingredients:
1. Toor Dal -- 1/2Cup
2. Onions (Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
3. Tomato -- 1/4Cup
4. Mint Leaves -- 1/2Cup
5. Sambar Powder -- 1Tbsp
6. Mustard Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
7. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
8. Curry Leaves -- 5nos
9. Green Chilli -- 4
10. Red Chilli -- 4
11. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tbsp
12. Ghee -- 2Tbsp
13. Salt -- To Taste

Method To Prepare:
1. First Pressure cook the Toor Dal and keep aside.
2. Then heat Ghee in a pan and add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Red Chilli and fry them till the Mustard Seeds Splutter.

2. Now add Chopped Onions to the Pan and fry them till they become golden brown color.

3. Then add Chopped Tomatoes and Salt and cook till they become soft.
4. Once the Tomatoes become soft, add Chopped Mint Leaves to the Pan and fry for 2-3min.

5. Then add cooked Toor Dal, Sambar Powder and 1/2Cup of Water to the Pan and Cook for 5-10min on low flame.

6. Finally Tasty Mint Dal is Ready To Serve.
